Workplace Violence Awareness and Prevention Training is designed to empower participants with the insight and readiness needed to identify and respond to potential threats in professional environments. This programme focuses on recognizing behaviours of concern—early indicators that may precede acts of violence—and developing a proactive, awareness-driven mindset. Trainees will explore the importance of vigilance, communication, and timely intervention, while also understanding the key elements of a Commitment to Action—a collective responsibility to maintain a safe and respectful workplace. Through practical guidance and mindset training, participants will leave equipped to contribute meaningfully to a culture of safety and prevention.
